The Mujahid Ghnayet Mohammed Ben Belgacem library is a public institution administratively affiliated with the main public reading library of the Tebessa province .It provides services to all segments of society by offering diverse collection of documentary resources covering most disciplines. It officially began operating on July 5; 2014.The library offers services to all segments of society without exception and contains diverse documentary resources covering most disciplines. The library conducts several activities, including cultural, educational and recreational activities, annual festivals, readings, intellectual seminars, conferences, national and international holidays, and religious holidays
Public Reading Library: november1, 1954
The November 1, 1954 library is located in the first of November neighborhood. It is a local library, 7km from the city center. The building was constructed by the Tebessa municipality and is a public institution administratively affiliated with the main library. It contains many books in all disciplines to meet some of the needs of its visitors and patrons
Public Reading Library of Ouenza: Martyr Barki Lekhdiri Ouenza
It is a public institution of an administrative nature that was initially an annex of the national library of Algeria. It was established by a joint ministerial decree signed on August2, 2006, which included the creation of a branch of the national library of Algeria in Tebessa. This decree was published in the Algerian Official Gazette, No.75, dated November26, 2006, page.30.
Its headquarters were in the cinema and events hall building in the central district.In2008, it became an annex of the main public reading library in Tebessa, pursuant to Executive Decree N°.28-2236 dated July 26, 2008, and its headquarters were moved to the old Bayadha neighborhood, opposite the Mohammed Ben Yahia Middle School.
Morset Public Reading Library: Martyr Fares Mahmoud Ben El Tayeb
In strategic location within an urban area, the Morsot Public Reading Library annex is situated along National Road No.16 between Zourgui Ammar High School and the new district headquarters. It is a public institution administratively affiliated with the main Public Reading Library. It officially opened on November 1,212, and provides services to all segments of the population without exception. It houses diverse documentary collections covering most disciplines

El ogla Public Reading Library Martyr Shaanbi El tayeb
It’s a public institution of an administrative nature with a moral personality, affiliated with the main public reading library “malek ben nabi”in Tebessa.It is a cultural and scientific structure under the minister of culture. The library was established pursuant to article 5 of executive decree NO.234 dated 03rajab 1433 hidjri, corresponding to MAY 24,2012 which established public reading libraries in the province of Tebeesa in the municipalities of El Ogla, El Kouif, Ain Zarga, Morset, El Aouinet, and El Hammamet.
